What Direction Would You Like to See the Depot Cafe Take for the Future?

In deciding whether or not to re-open the Café, we are looking for community input. Would you like to see simple, home cooked meals using as much locally sourced product as possible and limited “cans and boxes”? A higher end menu? We will use all responses to help determine the direction of the café.
