The previous weekend we invited diners to “BEEF UP Lunch SUNDAY!” – Beef, slow roasted in-house, served up three savory ways! With FRESHLY PICKED LOCAL VEGGIES!!

Frank and Brian made a day trip to the Lateral A area out of Yakima to hand pick and hand select product for the soup on Sunday. It was Awesome!!! It’s the MAJOR “produce row” of the Yakima valley. Beautiful, fresh product and they stopped in at a couple of organic U-pick farms as well. “Veggie Quest” updates were posted at the Depot Cafe’s page on Facebook.

Sunday’s Menu:
Roast Beef Depot Dip sweet onions and melted swiss cheese served with natural au jus
Beefy Depot
Cheesesteak Sandwich sweet onions, red & green peppers and melted swiss
Harvest Time Vegetable Beef Soup packed with local veggies hand picked and hand selected by Brian & Frank! Slow simmered to bring out all the natural goodness.
